I have four pairs of glasses, a common one, a pair of contact lenses, a pair of sunglasses and a sleeping one. Obviously, when I am working, the common one is my best partner. Accompanied by them, I focus on computer screen and deal with problems in my work. Every time when I have some important meetings or interviews, I will put on the contact lenses in order to make a good impression on others. Sometime I go out on holidays, sunglasses make me relaxed and relieve my working pressure. At last, it’s the sleeping glasses, or exactly, the sleeping covers. Compared with the other three, it got most of my time. I meet him every day and the date lasts for the whole night.

My eyesight is all right to deal with work in daily life. In work days, I would like to put on my eyeglasses, for I got a slight myopia. Since I found my eyesight begin to deteriorate in high school, much more attention and care were paid on eyesight protection and recovery. As time goes by, my eyesight doesn’t get as bad as I ever thought. To relax eyes, I do more eyes exercise than before. It’s not only a good study schedule, but also a kind of reasonable living habit that rescues my eyes. What’s more, a suitable pair of glasses to your eyes can relive eyes tiredness at anytime. Though I put on glasses long time ago, the degree grew slight. So a pair of prescription eyeglasses is a basic requirement for daily life.

Then my contact lenses appear at some important meeting or interview. As we all know, contact lenses do harm to eyes more or less, as well as eyesight operation hurts eyes sooner or later. But the special situation requires me a good appearance. However, a good impression on others at the first glance is quiet important. The glasses make me appears not fresh and elder than I really was. My contact lenses work like my suit clothes. Though they make me uncomfortable and a little tension, they make me fit to the environments around me. What’s worse, maintains of lenses is comparatively complex.

It seems that sunglasses do not as necessary as the former two. However, sunglasses can protect my eyes a lot when I am outdoors. When I am driving or enjoying sunshine on the beach, the glaring light from the opposite vehicles or the sun may hurt my eyes. Once I put on my glasses, my eyes go tired quickly, even painful. Therefore, holidays are sunglasses time, of course except rainy days. At last, my sleeping glasses work every night to avoid me being disturbed by other lights.

In a word, pick up the right glasses at any time. Only in this way, can we protect eyesight well.
